Step-by-Step: How Your Commercial Cargo Moves From Loading to Delivery
Every commercial shipment follows the same six-stage process, from pickup at your Dubai facility to proof of delivery in Saudi Arabia.
Step 1 — Booking & Documentation Preparation
You submit cargo details (weight, dimensions, pallet count, cargo type, and destination). Our team prepares the commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, and confirms fixed pricing before pickup. For regulated goods, we verify SABER compliance requirements ahead of dispatch to avoid delays at the Saudi border.
Step 2 — Loading at Origin
Our crew collects cargo from your Dubai warehouse, factory, or facility. Palletized and shrink-wrapped goods are loaded and secured according to load type — bulk pallets in trailers, temperature-sensitive goods in reefer units, oversized equipment on flatbeds or low-beds. Load is weighed and manifested against the shipping documents.
Step 3 — Domestic Transit to the Border
The truck departs on its scheduled lane toward the Al Ghuwaifat–Al Batha border crossing — the primary UAE–Saudi commercial freight corridor. Shipment status updates from this point forward.
Step 4 — UAE Export Clearance
Our documentation team processes UAE export clearance: customs declaration, verification of the commercial invoice and certificate of origin, and any export permits required for the specific cargo category.
Step 5 — Saudi Border Crossing & Import Clearance
At the Al Batha side of the crossing, the shipment undergoes Saudi customs inspection and import clearance, including SABER certificate verification where applicable, duty assessment, and release. Our team manages this directly rather than routing it through a third-party clearing agent.
Step 6 — Onward Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Once cleared, the truck continues to the final destination — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, or elsewhere in Saudi Arabia. On arrival, cargo is offloaded at your receiving location and a proof-of-delivery document is issued, closing out the shipment.
